Paolo: the world cup is craazy, so much energy in this whole country. i’m currently salvador and i just watched a game today. next brasillia to see portugal ghana and then back to sao paulo. getting lots of good footage all over the place
YYF: You are going to games! Wow! Is there much protesting it are people pretty stoked at what’s going on?
Paolo: protesters aren’t doing much, police cracked down
YYF: Hows the yoyo scene? Do you see many players? How many are coming to worlds?
Paolo: Haven’t had time to do much yoyo stuff this trip, but im sure fenix (local brand) is getting a good crew out to prague
YYF: So you are at iyyo, and then onto Prague. What do you know about iyyo, did you get ‘invited’?

Paolo: never been to europe i cant wait!
YYF: How does all this travel effect your practice?
Paolo: it reduces practice time, but inspires my tricks. in fact, i have a set of tricks that i made while travelling, all named after the city i invented them in. i’m going home in july fir 2 weeks to practice for august.. should be good
YYF: Currently throwing?
Paolo: too hot everyday, on occasion i switch to shutter/shuta
YYF: How far out do you plan a routine? Do you have your worlds song picked?
Paolo: normally 1-2 months, since my travels are last minute this summer i’m behind. i have a good 3 minute but i dont know where to use it. still looking for a second track, if it turns out better ill save it for prague. as far as prelims im on top of that the most, gotta final if i’m going to europe
